Defense counsel in airport noise related personal injury litigation against the State of Maryland.
Advises Maryland Aviation Administration, Division of regional Airports Assistance in matters relating to the licensing and regulation of airports throughout the State of Maryland.
Counsel to hearing officer during administrative hearings; represents Maryland Aviation Administration before administrative hearing boards including the Board of Airport Zoning Appeals.
