National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) issues and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) requirements relating to development of new airfield facilities.
Representation of Maryland Aviation Administration in bankruptcy proceedings, complex noise litigation, inverse condemnation and eminent domain litigation; numerous zoning cases and a variety of civil rights cases. Defense counsel in airport noise related personal injury litigation against the State of Maryland.
Advises Maryland Aviation Administration, Division of regional Airports Assistance in matters relating to the licensing and regulation of airports throughout the State of Maryland.
Counsel to hearing officer during administrative hearings; represents Maryland Aviation Administration before administrative hearing boards including the Board of Airport Zoning Appeals.
